- Mexican Official Norm NOM-032-FITO-1995 , which establishes the necessary requirements and phytosanitary specifications to conduct biological effectiveness studies of agricultural pesticides and their corresponding reports.
- Mexican Official Norm NOM-077-FITO-2000 , which establishes the necessary requirements and specifications to conduct biological effectiveness studies of plant nutrition input.
Strict compliance with the latter regulations implies the development of 3 phases:
- Initiation Notice.
- Study Establishing / Verification.
- Technical Report Petition.
